Definitions and Introduction
The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:
- "Platform" — The 786x website, mobile application and all associated services.
- "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
- "Account" — Each member's personal user account.
- "Bonus" — Any reward, cashback or promotional benefit offered by the platform.
- "Services" — Casino games, sports betting and all other activities available on the platform.
- "Funds" — Money deposited into a member's account or amounts won.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to use the 786x platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.

- Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. The information required at registration is:

3.2 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The member is solely responsible for any misuse of the account.
3.3 KYC Verification
786x may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport or other documents. 786x reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into your 786x account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. You must use your own payment account when making a deposit — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
- Any bank or service fees applicable at the time of deposit are the member's responsibility.
- 786x is not responsible if a deposit fails due to incorrect information.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- KYC verification must be completed.
- The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- You may cancel a withdrawal request before it is processed.
786x reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (ten times).
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus. To withdraw this bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (bonus × 10) must be wagered.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The 786x VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Regularly active players are promoted to higher VIP tiers. Tier changes are determined by 786x.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may be claimed only once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Restrictions may apply when placing bets on certain games using a bonus.
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 786x reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
786x is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Game providers partnered with our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) in their software, which keeps every result independent and unpredictable.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection, server error or other technical issue, 786x will take action in accordance with the applicable policy for that situation. Results are generally determined based on the last recorded state of the game.
6.3 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. 786x reserves the right to set account-level betting limits.
6.4 Sports Betting
Odds are subject to change in sports betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, refunds or results will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786x platform and may result in immediate account closure and confiscation of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting, arbitrage betting).
- Playing games using any software, bots or automated systems.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Using a false identity or information.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by 786x
786x may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Evidence of account use by a minor.
- Direction from a legal authority.
Legitimately earned funds may be returned after verification during a suspension. Funds will be confiscated in cases of fraud.
8.2 Voluntary Closure
If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact our support team. Any remaining funds can be withdrawn before closure.

Limitation of Liability

- Service suspension or modification due to legal or regulatory reasons.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
786x's total liability will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount deposited by the member in that specific month.
